At YP BAKES, every cake and bouquet is made with the utmost care and attention to detail. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection/delivery with clear photos and a description of the concern. We will review each case and, at our discretion, offer a suitable resolution where necessary.
